The furniture piece is solid, well made and built to last. . It is heavy. You need to work out the assembly of bolts and the drawing provided is not enough for most of us. Find someone who understands screwdrivers.
The storage is of a good size and has a proper lining for immediate contact with blankets.

The colour is white with black tiny specks that gives that light grey colour.
I have sprayed the couch with water repelant so no coffee nor red wine spills get soaked into the upholstery.
The mechanism to open and close is reliable IF you understand how to place your hands and the amount of click sounds.
To open the couch : lift the seat up a little and while holding on to it ,walk backwards slowly to pull out and stretch the three sections into a flat bed position.
To close the bed; Again,lift till you hear one set of three short clicks.Stop.  Place the palm of your hand on the centre of the front rectangular part facing you at chest level. Push inwards to the centre of the couch walking forwards until all the mechanics are in place.  It needs practice, but the bed does become a couch.
The width is bigger than an Australian double bed but smaller than a queen size bed.
Be aware. You WILL need a mattress topper or some foam to add to the bed. It is very, very firm, like sleeping on a carpeted floor. By adding your own thin mattress or topper or foam, you should have a fabulous sleep.
